1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Our Services

Living Nest Hubs provides residential renovation services, including but not limited to home decor and interior design; home exterior and garden renovation; home security; fire safety improvements; home loan and warranty guidance; roofing upgrades; solar upgrades; window replacements; home flooring upgrades; and bathroom remodeling services. Service availability varies by location and is confirmed during the free consultation.

3. Quotes & Estimates

• All initial consultations, site surveys and itemized quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Written quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are based on the information and site conditions available at the time; concealed conditions (e.g., rot, mold, outdated wiring) discovered during work may require a written change order approved by you before proceeding.

4. Contracts, Payments & Financing

• Every project begins only after a signed written agreement detailing scope, timeline and payment schedule.
• Payment schedules typically follow project milestones; we never demand full payment upfront.
• Financing options (including FHA 203(k), HELOC referrals and partner plans from 5.9% APR) are subject to approval by the respective lending institutions. Living Nest Hubs provides guidance but is not a lender; loan terms are solely between you and the lender.
• Late payments may incur fees as specified in your project agreement, in accordance with applicable law.

5. Warranties

• We provide a written workmanship warranty on completed projects (term varies by service, e.g., up to lifetime on flooring workmanship, 30 years on qualifying roofing systems, 25 years on solar panels via manufacturer).
• Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are passed through to you and administered per each manufacturer's terms.
• Extended home warranty plans are provided by third-party warranty administrators; their contracts govern coverage, exclusions and claims.

6. Homeowner Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the work area, working utilities and pets/children arrangements during scheduled work.
• Disclose known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, structural issues) prior to work where known.
• Review and approve designs, materials and change orders in a timely manner to keep schedules on track.
• HOA approvals and certain permits remain the homeowner's responsibility unless expressly included in your agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, designs, graphics, logos, photography and blog articles — is the property of Living Nest Hubs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including: attempting unauthorized access to systems; submitting false, misleading or fraudulent quote requests; scraping or automated data collection without permission; or transmitting malware or unlawful content.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability

For services, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under the applicable project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company maintains its principal place of business (see Contact Information), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution, then mediation, before any court action in the courts of that jurisdiction.
